I joined PwC 2.5 years ago as a Senior Associate in the Investment Management Services team. During this time I worked on two different projects, which allowed me to develop both technical and project skills. I deepened my knowledge of accounting standards and regulations in the reinsurance industry, as well as dealing with data analysis, building client relations and proposing innovative solutions to existing challenges.
Through internal trainings, I was able to systematically improve my key skills. Working at PwC is also an opportunity to work with inspiring people who showed me that with the right motivation and commitment, you can really achieve a lot.

I chose Managed Services Operations, and looking back, I can confidently say that development opportunities are within reach here. This was also an aspect that encouraged me to join.
I am responsible for providing comprehensive support in establishing business-to-business liaisons on a daily basis. This role requires a thorough understanding of civil law regulations and adherence to established practices. Additionally, fostering strong relations with people is fundamental to my position.

I am responsible for providing comprehensive support in establishing business-to-business liaisons on a daily basis. I joined PwC as a Senior Manager with nearly 20 years of experience in finance. I started my work in the Financial Crime Unit, where, together with other managers, we focused on opportunities to improve processes.
After more than a year, the Finance Managed Services area began to develop significantly at PwC. Partner Wojciech Popławski invited me to collaborate, allowing me to leverage not only my financial expertise but also my managerial skills.
Now, I am responsible for building up the first teams within the FMS area. PwC provides me with the flexibility to apply my skills and competences across different areas and services. This allows me to collaborate with many professionals and continuously enhance my abilities.

Volunteering
By working at PwC, you can participate in many charitable initiatives that promote our core values. We act as mentors for non-governmental organizations, conduct classes in schools on topics such as finance, climate change, and diversity, we also provide tutoring for children in foster care - all within working hours, of course.

We go on team-building trips every year to further strengthen our bonds and promote teamwork.
